ARTP Annual Conference 2026
Terms and Conditions
Sefam Medical UK is offering two (2) educational grants of £300 each to ARTP conference attendees in 2026. The grants are designed to support continuing professional development (CPD) and education within the respiratory and sleep medicine community. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
The competition is open to all attendees of the ARTP Annual Conference 2026. To be eligible, participants must:
- Be registered and physically present at the ARTP Annual Conference 2026.
- Visit the Sefam Medical UK stand (Stand 32) during the conference.
- Submit a selfie photograph using the Titanic Picture App at the Sefam stand.
- Be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
- Enter their email address for contact.
Employees, contractors, and agents of Sefam Medical UK, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
- Visit the Sefam Medical UK stand (Stand 32) at the ARTP Annual Conference 2026.
- Take a selfie photograph at the stand using the Titanic Picture App, which will be available on the device provided at the stand.
- Submit the selfie via the Titanic Picture App with a contact email.
Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted. Sefam Medical UK accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received.
Judging and Selection
Entries will be judged by a panel of Sefam Medical UK representatives. The two entries judged to be the most creative, engaging, or entertaining will be selected as the winners.
The judging panel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome. There is no requirement to purchase any product or service in order to enter or win.
Winners will be notified by Sefam Medical UK following the close of the competition. The notification method will be confirmed at the point of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, Sefam Medical UK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The Grant
Each of the two winners will receive a grant of £300 (three hundred pounds sterling). The grant may be used for any legitimate educational or CPD purpose at the winner’s discretion, including but not limited to:
- Attendance at training courses or professional workshops.
- Conference registration fees.
- Educational resources, books, or subscriptions.
- Online learning platforms or accredited programmes.
The grant is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and must be used for educational purposes. The grant cannot be used for personal, recreational, or non-educational expenditure.
Grant Conditions
By accepting the grant, winners agree to:
- Use the grant for educational or CPD purposes only.
- Provide Sefam Medical UK with a brief summary of how the grant was used, within 3 months of receipt, if requested.
- Allow Sefam Medical UK to reference their participation in promotional or educational materials, subject to their consent.
Sefam Medical UK reserves the right to withdraw the grant if it is found that any winner provided false or misleading information, or if the grant is used for purposes other than those stated.
Photography and Images
By submitting a selfie photograph via the Titanic Picture App, participants grant Sefam Medical UK a non-exclusive licence to use, share, and publish the photograph for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, including on social media and in printed materials.
Sefam Medical UK reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it considers to be offensive, inappropriate, or in breach of any applicable law.
Data Protection
Any personal data provided by participants will be collected and processed by Sefam Medical UK in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and, if applicable, paying the grant.
Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data at any time. For any data protection queries, please contact Sefam Medical UK directly.
General Conditions
Sefam Medical UK reserves the right to:
- Amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time, with or without notice, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or who acts in a manner that is deemed contrary to the spirit of the competition.
- Verify the eligibility of any participant or winner.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
